Items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase with original receipt.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges if original tags have been removed.  Worn or damaged merchandise, custom merchandise, and final sale merchandise are non-returnable or exchangeable. When purchasing a jersey, customization must be added at time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date.  If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us via the chat bubble on our website or via email at support@thebayrepublic.com
