We offer free domestic (United States) shipping for orders above $50. For orders below $50, domestic shipping will typically cost $7.99. Exceptions may apply for non-contiguous states, international shipping, and in the case of special product that requires additional shipping costs. Most domestic orders ship via UPS Ground. The Bay Republic will ship P.O. Box orders through USPS First Class. These shipments are not tracked door to door. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery for USPS First Class orders.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 3-05 business days. From there, shipping times depend on the carrier and the shipping method chosen. We have typical ground shipping options. Exceptions apply for pre-ordered product as well as for made-to-order product. All exceptions will be noted in the product description so please read carefully prior to purchase if your order is time sensitive.
Yes, we do offer in-store pickup for TheBayRepublic orders at Tropicana Field's Rays Republic Team Store near Gate 1. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up during store hours.
The store is open from 10am-5pm on Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm on Saturday, and closes on Sundays. Store hours differ based on game schedule.
International shipping is not currently available.
Returns and exchanges
Yes, items purchased on thebayrepublic.com can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from purchase with original receipt. Item must have tags and must not have been worn or washed. Customization or sales items are not eligible for return or refund. Store hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. The store is closed on Sundays. Store hours may vary on game days.
