You can track your order via the order confirmation email received once the order is placed. You can also contact us for additional status updates.
Once an order is entered into our system and we have started the fulfillment process, we cannot cancel or change that order. Reach out to our customer service team via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the site or send us an email at team@thebayrepublic.com if you'd like to change or cancel an order to see if we're able to accommodate your request.
At this time, Rays jerseys cannot be customized with your name or a former player's name. Blank jerseys purchased on TheBayRepublic.com cannot be brought to the Rays Republic Team Store for customization.
Shipping Policy
We offer free domestic (United States) shipping for orders above $75. For orders below $75, domestic shipping will typically cost $7.99. Exceptions may apply for non-contiguous states and in the case of special product that requires additional shipping costs. Please see rates at checkout for final confirmation of shipping charges.
Most domestic orders ship via UPS Ground. The Bay Republic will ship P.O. Box orders through USPS First Class. These shipments are not tracked door to door. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery for USPS First Class orders.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 3-05 business days. From there, shipping times depend on the carrier and the shipping method chosen. We have typical ground shipping options. Exceptions apply for pre-ordered product as well as for made-to-order product. All exceptions will be noted in the product description so please read carefully prior to purchase if your order is time sensitive.
International shipping is not currently available. We currently only ship throughout the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
The Bay Republic gladly accepts domestic returns for purchases made within the last 30 days. For an item to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and have the tags on. If an item is worn, washed, or damaged, we may not be able to process your return. We are not able to accept returns of any customized goods, including custom jerseys. All sale merchandise is final sale.
You can receive a prepaid shipping label via our Return & Exchange Portal
Simply print off a free UPS label and drop it off at any UPS store or UPS dropbox. Once your return has been received back, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded.
